We would like to welcome you to the website of our School.

Οurs is a relatively new Medical School (of less than 30 years). We are one of the seven Medical Schools of Greece. Our Faculty is composed of 130 MD and PhD Professors most of us trained in Europe and the States.

We are oriented towards Academic Excellence in the training of our undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate students more than as well as bench and clinical research.

We also operate the University Hospital of Heraklion, a 750-bed Medical Center, the only tertiary Medical Facility in the Aegean.
